  Healthy Roller Bottle Recipe 

1)    10 drops Thieves
2)    10 drops Lemon
3)    10 drops Frankincense
4)    5 drops Peppermint
5)    10mL roller bottle
6)    Top up with carrier oil or V6
7)    Roll on bottom of feet then throw on socks when you feel you need an immune boost. 
8)    Apply as often as 1x per hour depending on discomfort
